Sales, Sales, Sales --- Flashback Friday

I love looking at year-in-review layouts.  I’ve never attempted one myself but I’m inspired by all the ones that I’ve seen from many of you to try one out this year.  I think part of mine is because I’m a lazy picture taker.  I have great intentions of taking random every day photos but I get sidetracked just living.  LOL  I know that sounds strange but I realized I am one of those parents/teachers/people who are so busy trying to keep everyone organized and hands on that I totally forget to take photos.  I’ll give an example on the Saturday post but for today I’m just going to jump back to telling you that Connie’s newest Grab Bag release is perfect for this year’s “year-in-review” layouts.

$1.00 RETIRING ITEMS sale is going strong!

A quick note and heads up before we get to today's eye candy ...

Tuesday, May 22 is my two year anniversary on Connie's team.  Before that I was just a stalker ... ahem ... FAN.  She kindly offered me a one month guest spot for June and, well, the rest is digi-history.  But this has got me thinking about how grateful I was to get a shot on a team so ... we're going to run another GUEST CT CONTEST here on the blog.  Similar to the contest on iNSD weekend, we're going to ask you to link us up to a recent layout using Connie's goodies BUT (this is the catch!) we're only going to start the contest once Connie gets to 4,000 Facebook fans.  As of the writing of this post, we are only 27 fans away from our goal!  So what can you do now?  Well, first of all, share Connie's FB page with your friends and help crank up those "likes".  Second, grab your fave pics and some delicious Connie scrappin' goodies and kick-start your mojo.  Don't post your links on the blog just yet - I'll let you know when we hit the big 4-0-0-0 and then we'll get things officially started!  How many guest spots, you ask?  Aw heck - I don't know.  Let's say at least five but if we're WOWed maybe we'll squeeze in a few more.  Busy this summer and afraid you wouldn't have time to scrap for the team?  Don't worry about it - we're booking into Fall 2012 anyway and we're pretty flexible with months.

Ok - that was far too many words and far too few pictures!  Today I'd like to highlight Connie's super $1.00 RETIRING ITEM SALE at GOTTA PIXEL.
