Happy Saturday!
We are one week away from when my family traditions start to kick in. In my community, on the morning of the 24th, thousands of surfers take to the beach in the annual Surfing Santas. My dad happens to be the announcer of the event. This year my middle child will dress up in his elf pajamas and be Santa's helper at the event. My boys will have their first Christmas at lunch on the 24th with my mom and stepfather. Then in the evening, we invite our friends over and have take out sushi and thai while the boys write cards for Santa. We leave Santa cookies and a beer and then they go to bed. Christmas Day starts out with opening stockings while daddy sleeps in. The kids will have to wait for my inlaws to arrive to open the presents that magically appeared under the tree.
I can't wait to take photos of the fun! And I can scrap them with Connie's newest collection!
