Roses and Summer days, sounds like a heavenly combination to me. Especially if you can get out before the temps get much above the mid 80s. Those temps are rising around here to reach near 100 already and that means you are lucky if you have pool access. I'm not one that likes to be baking in the sun/heat so if I'm not out and back by 10:30 AM or so, I'm not really wanting to be outside until the late evening cools things off. What's your preference? Do you enjoy the heat or would you rather be in the more moderate climate?

In the last bit of news from Connie for today is the latest addition to the Paint Chips series. I love the smell of lavender. It's calming and soothing. We've tried to keep a pot of lavender on our patio but so far that's not been the best spot to grow any. My husband has given up completely but I'm determined to figure out a place to grow it around our house. Do any of you have suggestions for the North Texas area? Either way, this kit is gorgeous!
