When I try to download the freebie, I get error code 503 "service not available".
I just clicked on the linked words and the preview and both took me straight to the correct download. It did spin for a bit but that may just be a provider issue. Try again after clearing your cache files in your browser. Sometimes a data pull will get stuck in an error loop until you clear your cache, pulling up old data and not a fresh try. I'm by no means a technology expert but I've found that this step often helps me resolve issues.
Took me 3 tries but it did work.
