Take $2 Tuesday & Wednesday Sale, July 2025 Bake Sale + FREEBIE

Ya'll, I don't know what in the world is up with the changing font on the blog posts.  I got to looking back and it's crazy.  The font size randomly changes in the middle of posts and sometimes switches back and forth throughout the posts.  It often changes after I've inserted previews or photos.  I tried highlighting or selecting all the text and choosing "normal" to change it all at once and it was still random.  I'm sorry if that's bugging any of you.  It's making me a bit bonkers over here!  I'm going to try to put in all the text and then go back and insert the graphics today to see if that does anything.  It may still decide to be wonky but I'm up to trying something new.

Today is Tuesday and that means that the Take $2 Tuesday & Wednesday Sale kicks off today.  Which two kits did Connie choose for this week's sale bin?  #2024 July and Paint Chips: Peachy!

Ginger Scraps | My Memories Day 2 Photography Challenge - Gratitude

In today's world of hurrying from one thing to another and what may seem like overwhelming responsibilities, it becomes easy to take things for granted or miss opportunities to appreciate the small things. I know I'm guilty of that and I'm trying to do better. Gratitude can be brought on by large moments, grand gestures, significant events as well as simple things like being able to have a quiet moment in the midst of a storm, a cup of coffee with a friend, seeing a new leaf unfurl on a plant, and the laughter of a child. Today's challenge is to photograph something you are thankful for be it big or small.

Here's mine. Butterflies are a symbol of transformation and personal growth in many cultures. I can't help but think of God's love for all creatures when I see a butterfly and be reminded that I was once lost and now am made new through His love and forgiveness.

Thanks for stopping by the blog today! Kelly created this stunning cluster frame and cluster freebie with Connie's kit, Blessed Assurance. Enjoy!
