It looks like there were freebies and sales for Halloween Bash back in 2017, so I’m sure it’s retired now unfortunately. It looks like a cute version of a Halloween kit with those lovely pumpkins.
Correct. Sometimes there will be a freebie from the team using a retired collection that they have in their scrapping stash and this is one of them. It makes a good freebie treat for the season.
