The Take $2 Tuesday contests are held in the store forums at Ginger Scraps and Gotta Pixel. Each week a team member starts a new thread with the information in it. Since I pre-post for the blog (I teach full time so I usually do it the night before you see it), I can't link you up to the threads, but they will usually say something like $2 Tuesday Gold Star Contest from Connie Prince.
I just looked at both places and didn't see the threads from yesterday though so let me check with Connie and see if the team is still doing those. I've been on overload since returning from my trip to TMEA and I may have missed some communication.
