Project 2014: July Friday Freebie

Success!!  My kids decided I had pulled my hair out long enough and stopped the bandwidth drain so I could get your freebie uploaded and this second post made. 

Have you ever skipped picking up a freebie just because you couldn’t see how that freebie might be used to create a layout? While I have a few minutes I want to show you how I took today’s freebie and combined it with one of the Project 2014: July PreDeco pages to create a quick layout.

First I took the cluster freebie and I added my photos to it.  I did that so when I resize it to fit the area on my layout everything will stay in proportion.  Once I was satisfied with the way the photos fit, I moved the whole cluster over to the PreDeco page, resized the cluster to fit the area I had chosen, and then saved my layout.  Easy!  From there you can add all the extra things you want like a title, journaling, other elements.  So, pick up that freebie, you never know when you’ll find something it will work with.
