I'm feeling the need for some strong caffeinated beverage at the moment, it's been a LONG week with testing, odd schedules, tons of new students, late night event at campus #2 and another one tonight at campus #1, and a medical procedure planned for Friday morning.  I'm so tired my tired is tired.  Good thing we're heading into a 3 days weekend so I can catch up on some rest and since my foot is going to have me out of commission where I can't go hiking this weekend, I plan on reading, crocheting, scrapbooking, and sleeping.  What are your plans for this Labor Day weekend?

Things are still a bit hectic at work so I'm running on a bit of fumes at the moment, to the point that coffee can't even break through the brain fog.  I'm also dealing with a health issue that is causing me a bit of anxiety at the moment so prayers would be appreciated.  I have to have a surgical procedure on Friday that I'm not sure how it's going to impact my ability to do my job, especially traveling (by traveling I mean walking between my two campuses twice a day) and standing for pretty much 7 straight hours.  God has been faithful to pull me through many storms in life and I'm praying that He'll see fit to pull me through this one too.

Sneak Peek Sunday

 With September peeking around the corner, this sneak peek has a bit of an autumnal feel going on.

Calling all coffee aficionados!  Connie has brewed up a strong yet satisfying new kit called Daily Grind that is sure to interest you.  I can smell the dark roast and the caramel cream from here.  Actually, I'm not much of a coffee drinker through we have found some cappuccino K-cups that I like to drink occasionally.  My husband likes his one coffee a day morning kick off though and I can appreciate the aroma as it's brewing.
