I've never been very good at keeping up with daily themes. I may start off with good intentions but my mind is fickle and I get easily distracted and before I know it I've missed a day or several. So instead of trying to keep up with 30 Days of Gratitude, I am trying to remind myself to tell at least one someone something positive that I've noticed about them each day. I still miss a day here and there because, well, I'm me and that means that my mind is usually on 20 different things at one time but I'm honestly trying.
So here's one for all of you that stop by the blog. I love seeing that we have a faithful 30 - 35 who stop by almost daily. We appreciate you and the fact that you swing by to see what might be going on with Designs by Connie Prince. Some of you we know by name because you comment once or twice a week. Others we don't know your name but we see that you've stopped by and it makes us want to get to know you better. A few months ago I mentioned that there are daily (or near daily) freebies on the blog over on Facebook on Club Connie Prince. I didn't realize that Connie's fans didn't know about the blog! Feel free to mention it to your scrapping friends and invite them to stop by. We'd love to share the love even more!

Today wraps up a couple of sales on newer releases so if you've been waiting to pick these up, today's the best day for a while to snag the Travelogue: Iowa collection and 30 Days of Gratitude templates.
I love the off topic layouts! The Travelogue series is one of my go to collections for general layouts. The yearly series like #2019, #2018, #2017, etc. are my other go to collections. If I had to pick only a couple of kits/collections to buy each month it would be any of the Travelogue kits and all the yearly collections. Then I'd definitely say to pick up the Template Bundle each month and my scrapping budget would be well spent. What next? I always check to see if I have the Take $2 Tuesday kits already and then the Bake Sale kits. If I've somehow missed them, due to budget that month or thinking I don't have anything for a certain kit at the time it releases, then I take a close look to see if I could use them in an off-topic layout. As my family has grown into all teenagers/young adults, my needs/scrapping tastes have changed just a little and I'm finding myself leaning towards kits that can be used for everyday layouts. Every once in a while I go searching for a specific theme but I love that I have these "go to" collections on hand!
