Seeing into the future is a topic of many fictional books, movies, and more but I like to think, in a way, that Connie gives all of us a glimpse into the future every Sunday with her sneak peeks at what is going to be released later in the week. Today the glimpse is clear - templates are coming our way!!
This monthly new release is top on my priority list. I use to be intimidated by templates. Thinking that I had to use a flower when there was a flower, a ribbon where there was a ribbon, only using the photo exactly placed where the photos were, and turning away from a partially completed layout when I couldn't find the right sized photo/element/etc. That was so limiting! Then I was told to see templates as a jumping off spot. Change anything that I didn't like, flip, rotate, add, subtract, even - gasp -- mix templates together! That seriously made using templates so much fun for me. Picking up Connie's Template Bundles each month was like a gift to myself on a tight scrapping budget. If you have never tried using Connie's templates, I hope you give these a chance on new release day!
