What time is the 3 o'clock parade?

The winner from our "Mystery Kit" game last week is Brenda Powers.  Brenda has been sent a $10 coupon good at ScrapBookBytes.  Also, I have to say...I was in error.  The kit, Perseverance, was not a Gotta Pixel Pixel Club Exclusive.  In fact, it is still available at one store... My Memories.  It is retired from the other stores. Here are the previews and they are linked to the store.

So... who has plans to visit DisneyWorld or DisneyLand this year?  If you would leave a comment and let me know the kind of things you would like to know about, I would be more than happy to work on incorporating that into our posts. There are so many new things coming up... like the Magic Bands.

One of my all time favorite Disney shirts is one of Goofy. The text is: What time is the 3 o'clock parade?  Had to have it!!  Celebrate a Dream Come True Parade wrapped up a 5 year run on Saturday,  January 4, 2014 with a special finale performance.  The Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade is scheduled to march into Disney in the Spring of 2014.    The new parade will be featuring the stories of "Peter Pan", "The Little Mermaid", "Tangled" and "Brave" among others.   That will make for an amazing soundtrack!  Check out this artist concept for the Tangled theme float.

I am not surprised that a new parade is coming forth to tie in with the New Fantasyland at Magic Kingdom.  I simply can't wait to go see it!!  My daughter is going to Disney late February/early March and is very sad there will be no afternoon parade during her stay.  The Festival of Fantasy Parade is planned to begin at the same time the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train Attraction in New Fantasyland opens this spring.  Me - I would change my dates to travel!

While the Disney Princesses will clearly be out in full force for this new parade (including Rapunzel),  there is still doubt that the newest "unofficial" addition to the royal family, the Ice Queen, Elsa, from "Frozen", will be represented.  Word is it is not thought that "Frozen" will be part of the parade at this time.  While they may not be in the parade yet, visitors can meet the royal sisters, Elsa and Anna, at the Norway Pavilion in Epcot.

Meanwhile, take a moment to watch part of the Frozen segment of the Celebrate the Magic which is the show projected on Cinderella's Castle about 15 minutes prior to the Wishes fireworks.  It's amazing.

Elsa and Anna are not the only people worth melting for... how about that Connie Prince?  The GGI this month just happens to be Frozen & Frosty.    While folks are still recovering from the holiday rush, I am going to be doing a freebie this week using the Frozen & Frosty products.  Here is the preview of the kit, which is linked.

I would REALLY love to some some of your layouts using this month's GGI.  I'll activate good ol' Linky and cross my fingers you are willing to share.  In fact, share one of your layouts using Frozen & Frosty, and I'll get you a $1 coupon for Connie's store in return!  Why some of those kits are just $1 during the GGI..  so that sounds like a win-win situation to me!!  Please upload your layouts by Friday, January 17th at 8:00 PM EST.

Here's your freebie!  Please note that the background to the branding was darkened so that you would be able to see the snow as it is on the cluster.   Click here to download.

Looking forward to seeing some of your Frozen and Frosty layouts!! I will post a couple of mine to start things off later this morning.   Until next week....

I just got back from Disneyworld on Friday and am raring to go with my scrapbooking kits and photo's. Somewhere I once saw a Globe template that was entitled "One world Four parks" or something similar. Anyhow, The globe wasnt just a simple circle, it emcompassed a bunch of spots for pictures and the outer spots had rounded edges if that makes sense. Do you know where I can find it? I have checked Mousescrappers for templates and cant locate.

robinski, I know what you're talking about. I remember doing it in StoryBook Creator. There was a tutorial somewhere. I don't know how to do it in PSE, though.

Laramie, here's a link to my entry for the week! Thank you for the freebie, too :)
